By accessing or using this website, reserving a unit, or making an online payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with website operation
Submit false or fraudulent information
Use the website for unlawful payment activity
We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
2. Reservations and Availability
Online reservations:
Do not guarantee availability until confirmed
May require identity verification
Require execution of a Rental Agreement prior to occupancy
Pricing, unit sizes, and availability are subject to change without notice. All unit dimensions are approximate.
3. Online Payments
Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Deer Isle Storage, LLC to charge the payment method provided for rent, fees, protection plan charges, and other authorized amounts.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party processing systems.
4. Recurring Auto-Pay Authorization
If you enroll in recurring auto-pay:
You authorize automatic monthly charges to your selected payment method.
Charges will occur on or about your rental due date.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
You may cancel auto-pay by providing written notice at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled charge.
We may suspend auto-pay for failed payments or account default.
5. Tenant Protection Plan
Safe Anchor Storage offers an optional Tenant Protection Plan.
The Tenant Protection Plan:
Is a contractual protection agreement
Is not insurance
Provides limited coverage subject to terms and exclusions
Enrollment is governed by the Rental Agreement and Protection Plan documentation.
6. Security and Surveillance
The Facility may utilize video surveillance cameras in select areas for general security purposes.
We do not guarantee continuous monitoring, recording, or retention of footage. The presence of surveillance equipment does not create any additional duty of care.
7. Climate-Controlled Units
Climate-controlled units are designed to moderate temperature and humidity levels;however, conditions may vary due to mechanical issues, power interruptions, weather conditions, or other factors.
We do not guarantee specific temperature or humidity levels.
8. ADA Accessibility
Safe Anchor Storage is committed to providing access to our website and facility in accordance with applicable accessibility laws.

9. Limitation of Website Liability

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
