Units are available for access from 6 am – 8 pm, 7 days a week.

Our office can be reached via phone or email Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

This is a great question! It’s important to consider what you’re storing and how often you may need to access it. For example, if you’re using a storage unit to store business inventory or important documents, you may need a slightly larger unit in order to set it up more like a storeroom with shelving and pathways to gain easy access. On the other hand, if you need a storage unit for long-term storage or for items you don’t access often, you can really pack in a lot into a smaller storage unit. Need more help? We offer several payment options: Auto-pay (credit card), online via the tenant portal, by check (mail or drop-off in person at the office).

Check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy first; many cover storage. If yours does not, we can help you find an affordable policy. Business owners should also check their business insurance. Safe Anchor Storage requires customers to either provide proof of their own insurance coverage or enroll in our optional Tenant Protection Plan (not insurance).
